Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marathi Content Reviewer to be empanelled with us for reviewing the content produced by us in Marathi for Hospitality and Facilities Management related subjects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing AI-translated videos, ppts and scripts, sharing corrections to be made with us and subsequently making the corrections in the ppts and scripts. The content is primarily AI-translated from English and requires human linguistic expertise to ensure accuracy, fluency, and academic correctness. This is a long-term freelance engagement with a large and recurring volume of work throughout the year.

Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Reviewing AI-translated Marathi content for Hospitality and Facilities Management related subjects Reviewing and correcting: o Video scripts o PPT slide content o On-screen text and narration scripts Identifying and correcting: o Grammatical errors o Incorrect word usage or sentence construction o Technical terminology errors o Awkward or unnatural AI-generated phrasing Ensuring: o Natural, fluent, native-level Marathi o Academic tone appropriate for university-level, post-graduate level students o Consistency of terminology across scripts, slides, and videos o Sharing clear correction feedback with our team Making direct corrections in: o PowerPoint slides o Scripts / text documents (as required) Initial Work Volume To begin with, the empanelment will include: Approx. 7 hours of video content Approx. 350 PPT slides Content to be completed within the first 2 weeks of empanelment Work will be provided in Marathi and English(for reference) Ongoing Engagement Post the initial phase, content will be shared on a rolling basis throughout the year Volume of work is substantial and continuous Ideal for freelancers looking for stable, long-term collaboration Ideal Candidate Profile Native or near-native proficiency in Marathi (mandatory) Strong command over written Marathi grammar and academic language Prior experience in: o Content review / proofreading / localization o AI-translated content post-editing (preferred) o Familiarity with technical or engineering terminology (strongly preferred) Ability to work with: o Video Content o PowerPoint files o Word / Google Docs Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Engagement Type Freelance / Contract-based Remote work Payment will be discussed based on per-minute / per-unit review rates
