Job Description
Nanak Group, a growing real estate development firm, is looking for a highly driven and hands-on HR Manager with minimum 2 years of core HR experience who can independently manage the complete HR lifecycle. This role is not advisory—it is execution-heavy and requires someone who can build systems, enforce discipline, and support business growth.
This position is for ONE HR who will own HR end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR Operations
Manage complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, performance, exits
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR documentation
Draft, implement, and strictly enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Handle end-to-end hiring for site staff, sales teams, engineers, accounts, admin, and support roles
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
Ensure quick closures, quality hiring, and strong follow-ups
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and background checks
3. Performance & Discipline Management
Implement KRA/KPI-based performance tracking
Conduct performance reviews and support management in appraisals
Handle employee discipline, warnings, notices, and terminations professionally
Act as a firm but fair point of contact between management and employees
4. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance Support
Manage attendance systems, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and statutory compliance
Ensure adherence to basic labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
Build a professional, accountable, and performance-driven work culture
Address employee grievances with maturity and confidentiality
Reduce attrition through engagement initiatives and clear communication
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience
Proven experience handling HR independently
Strong command over recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
High level of ownership, confidentiality, and integrity
Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations
Strong documentation, follow-up, and reporting skills
