Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Pega Developers to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega application development and possess relevant Pega certifications such as LSA, CSSA, or Pega BA. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Pega-based solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Experience Required

• 3 to 16 years of relevant experience (multiple openings across levels)
• Roles open for:
• Pega Business Analyst (3–5 yrs)
• Senior Pega Developer / CSSA (4–10 yrs)
• Pega Lead / LSA (12–16 yrs)

Certification (Mandatory / Preferred)

• Pega LSA
• Pega CSSA
• Pega Business Architect (BA)
• Equivalent Pega certifications will also be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using PRPC
• Participate in end-to-end application lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Configure Pega workflows, case management, integrations, and UI components
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Support production issues and provide ongoing enhancements
• Mentor junior developers (for senior/lead roles)

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC
• Experience in Case Management, Workflows, Decision Rules, and UI Rules
• Good understanding of Pega Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance tuning and Pega upgrades
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD in Pega environments
• Domain experience (BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.)
