Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and brief central campaign concepts and creative direction for each sub-brand and channel.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for creative, video, and copy teams; ensure smooth cross-functional campaign execution.
- Approve and quality-check all outgoing content (copy, images, video) for consistency and brand fit.
- Oversee ideation workshops for AI-driven content tools and maintain a library of content inspiration, swipe files, and templates.
- Regularly analyze creative performance data, adjust concept pipelines to optimize for reach and engagement.
- Collaborate on quarterly content themes, ensuring visual and messaging cohesion for cross-channel pushes.
- Establish a creative review workflow—including feedback collection—from all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years in content strategy/campaign or creative leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading cross-functional creative teams.
- Digital/AI creative workshops or training.
AI Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and creative workflow automation.
