Job Summary
The Brihaspati Infotech (P) Ltd. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist with proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and online reputation management. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of key digital marketing KPIs to drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate will work closely with international clients and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven client and business impact.
- Hands-on experience in managing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting-oriented roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in implementing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder projects.
- Experience delivering customer success and business outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals (lead generation, sales, brand awareness).
- Understand each client’s goals, challenges, and industry nuances to guide strategy.
- Exposure to consulting, insights-driven projects, or enterprise-level clients.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Content, Development, Sales) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage client communication, expectations, reporting, and insights.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
