Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Content Direction
- Architect brand-aligned content strategies across platforms with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Develop ideas for grid design, campaign aesthetics, storytelling formats, and long-form/short-form content.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice, visual identity, and content architecture across all assets.
Creative & Production Leadership
- Oversee and direct brand/product/model shoots, from conceptualisation to execution and delivery.
- Manage production timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with photographers, videographers, models, and stylists.
- Evaluate visual quality, conceptual alignment, and deliverables to ensure output meets premium standards.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Brainstorm and guide creation of social posts, reels, ad creatives, and multi-platform content ecosystems.
- Ideate and strategise high-impact campaigns optimised for Meta platforms and broader digital channels.
- Ensure content calendars, grids, and executions reflect consistency, innovation, and campaign alignment.
Team & Workflow Management
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, editors, and designers.
- Delegate tasks, supervise timelines, and enforce quality checkpoints across creative pipelines.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and streamline production workflows for efficient output.
Required Skill Set
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and social-first content ecosystems.
- Strong creative direction capabilities with an eye for aesthetics, composition, and design.
- Practical experience in production management and shoot supervision.
- Ability to ideate grids, campaign structures, and creative frameworks.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management competencies.
