Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Brand Authority
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, ICPs, and lead generation objectives.
- Define content pillars, topic clusters, and editorial calendars across the full buyer journey.
- Establish The Brihaspati Infotech’s leadership as trusted industry experts through insightful, high-value content.
SEO, Website & Demand Generation
- Build and manage SEO-driven content architecture including blogs, service pages, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and website copy.
- Own website messaging and content optimization to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, performance marketing, and design teams to deliver conversion-focused content assets.
PR, Outreach & Thought Leadership
- Drive PR and content outreach initiatives including guest blogging, media placements, partnerships, and press releases.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that strengthen The Brihaspati Infotech’s positioning in domestic and global IT markets.
Social Media & Content Distribution
- Define and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Build scalable content distribution frameworks to amplify reach, engagement, and inbound leads.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance across SEO rankings, engagement metrics, lead quality, and business impact.
- Continuously optimize content strategy using data insights, analytics, and funnel attribution.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with sales, business development, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Guide junior content writers and ensure quality, tone, and strategic alignment across all content outputs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, brand communications, or growth marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, inbound strategy, and B2B storytelling.
- Proven ability to build scalable content systems that drive authority, traffic, and leads.
- Deep understanding of buyer personas, funnels, and intent-based content planning.
- Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, editing, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in IT services, web development, or digital marketing agencies is a strong plus.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to translate content strategy into measurable business outcomes.
