The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate Director to own the success of a portfolio of DTC brands. This role combines client leadership, growth strategy, and execution oversight.
You’ll serve as the primary client liaison while managing and guiding an in-house team of media buyers, analysts, and an in-house performance creative design team. You will work directly with founders, marketing managers, and directors as a trusted strategic counterpart — not just a reporting intermediary.
This role requires someone who understands how paid media, performance creative, and eCommerce operations work together, and who can operate comfortably across both startup environments and high-spend, complex accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead growth strategy and planning aligned to business and performance goals
- Manage and mentor an in-house team of media buyers, analysts, and an in-house performance creative design team
- Translate client objectives into clear internal priorities and direction
- Oversee paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and similar platforms
- Partner closely with the in-house performance creative design team to guide creative strategy and iteration
- Review performance data and ensure insights turn into action
- Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning conversations
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers
- Support both early-stage brands building structure and scaled brands managing complexity
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
- 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, directly managing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms
- Experience managing or leading media buyers, analysts, and performance creative teams
- Strong understanding of performance creative and its role in paid media success
- Proven experience working with eCommerce brands, ideally on Shopify
- Experience supporting startup or early-stage brands
- Experience working with larger-scale accounts, including $250K+ monthly media budgets
- Background in fashion, luxury, apparel, or beauty is a strong plus
- Strategic, analytical, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Clear, confident communicator with strong client presence
