Position Summary:
The Marketing Campaigns Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, account growth, lead generation/pipeline contribution, and new revenue across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels. In this hands-on role you will be accountable for translating business objectives into measurable, compliant, and high-performing campaigns. Success requires deep proficiency in core campaign disciplines: strategy, segmentation, messaging, execution, optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is both a strategic planner and executor, data-driven with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a deep understanding of full, multi-audience lifecycle marketing in a regulated healthcare or pharmacy environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, Architect and Execute Campaigns* Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy definition through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Translate revenue, retention, and growth priorities into clear campaign strategies, success metrics, and executable plans.
- Define target audiences, messaging frameworks, channel mix, and performance criteria to drive measurable outcomes.
- Drive accountability for campaign performance including engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact coordination.
Operationalize Campaign Delivery at Scale* Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, paid media, landing pages, webinars, direct mail, sales enablement, and in-product or portal communications.
- Develop and manage segmented audiences using CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized experiences across channels and touchpoints.
- Own campaign calendars, timelines, budgets and workflows to ensure efficient execution within defined scope and timelines.
- Ensure all campaign execution meets pharmacy, healthcare, and regulatory compliance standards.
Measure, Optimize, and Improve Performance* Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights.
- Apply AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.
- Optimize messaging, targeting, and channel efficiency, effectiveness and impact through testing and experimentation.
- Analyze customer behavior, lifecycle trends, and market insights to inform future campaign strategies.
Partner to Drive Outcomes* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, Clinical, Compliance, and Creative teams to align campaigns with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the campaign subject-matter expert, clearly communicating objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Align campaign execution with downstream teams responsible for lead follow-up, customer engagement, and revenue realization.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience managing campaigns across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable, measurable marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to inform optimization and decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing creative and collaborating cross-functionally.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or a regulated industry.
