The Marketing and Events Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of SDAR’s marketing initiatives across events, programs, communications, and digital platforms. This role works closely with Senior Marketing Managers, the Graphic Designer, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and deliverables are executed accurately and on time. This is a detail-driven, support-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing logistics and follow-through, and takes pride in keeping marketing operations running smoothly. Marketing & Event Support* Assist the Event Marketing Manager with preparation for major events
Project Coordination & Execution* Coordinate marketing projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines
Content, Collateral & Inventory Management* Collect vendor bids and track production schedules for branded materials, swag, and printed collateral
Digital & Social Media Support* Assist the Social Media Manager with maintaining the content calendar and posting
Administrative & Team Support* Maintain organized records related to marketing projects and materials
