Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Developer who is a motivated self-starter and passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. This role is part of the Digital Team at Vail Resorts, supporting our web and mobile products and services.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates technical curiosity with a willingness to learn beyond their core expertise. You will leverage modern technologies such as Microsoft .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Containers, Azure, and CMS integrations (Sitecore and Contentstack) to deliver efficient and scalable functionality for our digital ecosystem.
This position reports to the Senior Development Manager within the Marketing Technology IT team. Job Specifications:* Starting Wage: $88,868.83 - 108,000.00

Job Responsibilities:* Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC for building scalable, maintainable web applications.
Job Requirements:* Experience collaborating with product owners, designers, and analysts to deliver pixel-perfect components and layouts.
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $88,868.83 - 108,000.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a ‘Hybrid’ work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
