The Continuing Education Program Specialist reports to the Director of Continuing Education and is responsible for the creation and management of the entire continuing education process, from creation of registration materials, populating database, meeting all board certification standards for six registration boards, managing registration, payment, and evaluation of each participant, and orchestrating reporting back to boards of each registrant’s information. Acts as the point person for CE requests and collaborative partnerships including the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County (ADAMH) training series. Develops content to streamline CE trainings in the online education space. Responsible for working on complex projects and tasks which are often large in scope with multiple projects occurring concurrently. Communicates with all presenters and content experts, meeting facilities, and offices for cross system collaboration. Is responsible for ensuring accessibility accommodations and compliance.
Must have full mastery of several databases, including, but not limited to, Canvas, CE Broker, Carmen, WorkDay, Cybersource or its equivalent. Works closely with marketing and communications to promote our trainings and keep the website up to date. Ensures all trainings and reports meet requirement of the Association of Social Workers, the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board and the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board.
Also acts as a liaison to the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation troubleshoots system issues will all courses and customers internal and external to the university. Uses a variety of software and online applications.. Facilitates ongoing communication with stakeholders.
This position has a direct reporting arrangement to the Director of Continuing Education. Acts as primary Cybersource account manager on behalf of all CSW programs. Is responsible for the onboarding of all new CE employees. In addition, this position provides support to new trainers developing new course content and acts as a liaison to education technology in the college.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4 years of relevant experience required.
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Salary range is $47,700.00-$62,300 annually. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, and the unit’s available budget.
