We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Account Manager to join our team and help elevate our clients' success.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Account Manager at Grandir Solutions, you’ll be in a client facing role – responsible for managing client accounts, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has experience across key platforms like Google and Meta, and possesses the drive to consistently exceed client expectations. Our small team needs a talented individual who can take care of our clients!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, developing and implementing tailored digital marketing strategies across SEO, AIO, PPC, SEM, CRO, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Lead consultative client meetings and presentations leveraging campaign performance data and detailed reports that demonstrate ROI and inform expansion opportunities.
- Onboard, nurture, retain, grow, and expand client account relationships.
- Analyze and leverage data to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless and cohesive execution and delivery, resulting in optimal client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, account management, or a related field
- Proven expertise in SEO and Google Business Profile
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to take immediate, decisive action
- High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to project management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-first attitude
- Charismatic, professional demeanor with demonstrated history of earning trust and building strong client relationships
