Our low-commission, technology-first approach helps operators grow profitably — and we’re now scaling that proposition internationally.
We’re growing fast and looking for a commercially minded, growth-focused B2B Marketing Manager to help drive lead generation, support go-to-market strategy (particularly in the US), and build demand for our EPOS and hospitality technology solutions.
The Role
As B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth for Foodhub for Business. You’ll own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, support sales teams, and strengthen our market presence — particularly across the US hospitality and foodservice sectors.
This is a hands-on, strategic role combining campaign ownership, performance marketing insight, and close collaboration with sales, product, and operations. You’ll also maintain visibility of our B2C activity to ensure brand alignment where needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Own and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across digital, content, paid media, events and partnerships
- Build and optimise marketing funnels to support sales-qualified pipeline growth
- Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with revenue targets, ICPs and sales enablement needs
- Support US go-to-market strategy, adapting messaging, channels and propositions for regional audiences
Go-To-Market & Product Marketing
- Support GTM launches for EPOS, ordering and payment solutions, including value propositions, messaging and positioning
- Translate product capabilities into compelling commercial stories for hospitality operators
- Develop sales collateral, case studies and partner materials to support conversion
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and manage content across:
- Landing pages and lead-gen assets
- Brochures, sales decks and partner materials
- Advertising and campaign creative
- Own tone of voice and messaging consistency across B2B channels
Events & Partnerships
- Support the Events Manager in planning trade shows, industry events and activations, with a strong focus on lead capture and follow-up
- Collaborate with partners and industry stakeholders to drive brand awareness and inbound opportunities
Brand & Channel Management
- Own B2B brand execution across digital, print, paid media and partner touchpoints
- Support the Social Media Executive and agency to ensure B2B campaigns align with strategy and brand guidelines
Strategy, Reporting & Optimisation
- Work with the Global Head of Marketing and Head of Digital to build and deliver monthly and quarterly growth plans
- Track KPIs including leads, conversion rates, CAC and campaign ROI
- Analyse performance data, distil insights, and continuously optimise activity
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing or growth-focused marketing role
- Proven experience delivering lead generation and pipeline-driving campaigns
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, ideally in SaaS, EPOS, hospitality tech or payments
- Experience marketing EPOS, POS, ordering, payments or hospitality technology is highly desirable
- Confident working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting US market launches or international GTM
- Background in foodtech, hospitality, e-commerce or SaaS
- Exposure to CRM, marketing automation or paid acquisition channels
Requirements
- Marketing degree or equivalent professional experience
