JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. The candidate must be based in Gurugram or Delhi NCR and available to work from our office as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn , and other platforms
Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI, CPA, and ROAS
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences
Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to scale campaigns
Coordinate with content, design, and product teams for campaign execution
Monitor conversions, funnels, and customer acquisition metrics
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

REQUIRED SKILLS

2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and events
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Understanding of funnels, attribution models, and retargeting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or Programmatic Ads
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
Experience with tools like HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar
Startup or agency experience

ELIGIBILTY

Candidate must be currently based in Delhi NCR
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
