About the Role
Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads (PPC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns from scratch to drive quality leads, improve brand visibility, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and launch Google Ads campaigns from scratch across Search, Display, and YouTube
Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and overall performance
Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the team for landing page optimization
Conduct A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages to enhance results
Track performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights
Manage daily ad spend and ensure optimal budget utilization
Required Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end (from setup to optimization)
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer
