Xpertiz is a fast-growing investment banking firm specializes in Fund raising and M&A advisory services across various industries, catering to mid to large companies with average deal size of USD 50 million. Xpertiz focuses on transactions in regulated environments with a long-term perspective, emphasizing quality deal structuring.
Position: Social Media Marketing, Brand & Event Manager
Location: (On-site + Work From Home)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional who can drive brand awareness, digital presence, and on-ground engagement activities. The role involves handling online social media campaigns, alongside offline branding initiatives and event management for stronger brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
• Develop & execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Plan and manage content calendars and online campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Oversee creative content production (reels, posts, videos, stories, blogs)
• Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and share growth reports
• Manage online reputation, engagement, and community building
Branding & Offline Activities
• Plan and execute on-ground events, workshops, campaigns, and brand activations
• Support in organizing participation at external events, exhibitions, and networking engagements
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for event execution
• Develop offline branding materials (flyers, brochures, standees, merchandise, etc.)
• Drive brand consistency across both digital and offline touchpoints
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, Brand Management, and/or Event Management (preferably 2+ years)
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling & audience engagement
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)
• Experience in online and offline campaign planning
• Excellent communication, coordination, and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Basic design tool knowledge (Canva/Illustrator/etc.) preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B or B2C brand handling
• Exposure to both digital and on-ground branding activities
• Vendor and event coordination experience
