A fast-growing company in the EdTech sector focused on scalable digital learning products is hiring an experienced paid-social lead to own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) performance marketing. This fully on-site India role requires a hands-on operator who can drive user acquisition, optimize ROAS, and translate product/learning goals into measurable growth experiments.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end Meta paid-social strategies to acquire students/users across funnel stages (awareness ➜ activation ➜ retention).
- Build, launch and iterate campaign structures in Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager focused on CPA, ROAS and LTV targets.
- Implement and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) and analytics to ensure accurate attribution and event mapping for learning funnels.
- Lead creative testing and optimization — define hypotheses, run iterative A/B tests, and scale top-performing variants with clear playbooks.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights: cohort-level LTV, CAC, ROAS, and recommendations to product and content teams.
- Manage budgets, pacing and bidding strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with launch calendars and growth goals.
