JHP Enterprise is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for a hybrid role combining social media management, B2B lead generation, promotions, and marketing support. This position is suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to business growth through consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management: content planning, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)
• B2B Lead Generation: market research, lead list building, outreach support, follow-ups, and maintaining lead trackers/CRM
• Promotions & Marketing Support: coordination of campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities; support on marketing materials and communications
• Reporting & Coordination: basic analytics reporting, coordination across ongoing projects, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years in marketing, BD support, consulting, or B2B ops
• Strong written communication and professional business writing
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Working proficiency with Canva, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms
• Proactive, accountability, and a structured approach to execution
Selection Process
1. Stage 1: CV Screening
Applications will be reviewed based on relevance of experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
2. Stage 2: Assignment (Short Task)
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a role-relevant assignment to assess practical capabilities (e.g., content planning, lead research, basic marketing execution).
3. Stage 3: Interview
Final shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to evaluate communication, approach to work, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities and expectations.
