ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a
Social Media Marketing Manager
who can
lead, strategize, and execute
high-performance social and paid marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
This role requires someone who
owns outcomes
, not just tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Strategy & Team Leadership
- Build, manage, and lead the complete social media function
- Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business goals
- Guide designers, video editors, and content creators
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
2. Paid Media (Meta Ads) Ownership
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Handle lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns
- Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and scaling strategies
- Analyze CPL, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Convert business objectives into actionable marketing campaigns
- Coordinate organic and paid efforts for maximum impact
- Launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze data and provide insights, not just numbers
- Recommend improvements based on performance metrics
5. Client & Internal Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for social media & ads-related discussions
- Collaborate with sales and strategy teams
- Manage expectations and timelines professionally
6. Process & SOP Development
- Build scalable systems and workflows
- Create SOPs for content, ads, and reporting
- Train and mentor junior team members
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience in
Social Media Management
- Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven experience managing and scaling ad accounts
- Strong understanding of content strategy, funnels, and lead quality
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple clients
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
