Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, seasonal moments, and key marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ideate thumb-stopping content that drives engagement and brand love.
- Oversee UGC and influencer-driven content pipelines, ensuring brand consistency and authenticity.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize content through data-driven insights.
- Manage paid boosts on Meta and YouTube to drive reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Share monthly reports highlighting key learnings and actionable insights.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and creators to drive brand storytelling.
- Foster community engagement through active interaction, UGC amplification, and real-time trend participation.
- Integrated Campaigns:
- Conceptualize and execute social-first ideas that extend into offline activations and experiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, PR, performance marketing) to ensure seamless integration across touchpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment managing multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, paid promotions, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and UGC content creation.
- A creative thinker who stays on top of cultural trends and platform innovations.
- Communication, presentation, and project management skills Excellent.
