About The Role

If you are excited about driving 10x community growth, then this might be the role for you. As the Community Growth Manager, you will drive end-to-end structured growth for Magicball, from improving top of mind awareness, to acquisition and activation of new members, and all the way to engaging and retaining them.

Responsibilities

1. Run growth for India’s largest AI Engineering community (10k going to 100k)
2. Expand to SF Bay Area
3. Develop engaging content for community communications
4. Create and implement growth initiatives, analysing metrics to improve performance
5. Monitor community channels, respond to users, and foster interactions
6. Build relationships with organisations and stakeholders for broader reach
7. Maintain community web and social presence including websites

Requirements

1. Proven experience in content writing and content strategy, technical content is a plus
2. Handling multi-modal content including video and podcasts
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
