Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will own brand growth, digital presence, and campaign execution for MilliMo. You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate with in-house design, video, and operations teams. This is not a social media posting role. This is a thinking + execution leadership role.
Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Translate founder vision into clear monthly and quarterly marketing plans
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Build and evolve MilliMo’s brand story for parents and kids
- Plan launches, seasonal campaigns, and growth initiatives
2. Digital & Social Media Growth
- Own Instagram, website content direction, and platform strategy
- Plan reel, carousel, and story calendars with clear objectives
- Track engagement, reach, conversions, and growth metrics
- Guide content themes: education, trust, fun, founder-led stories
3. Campaign & Content Execution
- Brief graphic designers and videographers with clarity
- Review and approve creatives before publishing
- Ensure quality, timelines, and brand alignment
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and UGC
4. Performance Marketing Coordination
- Work with external or in-house performance teams
- Align creatives with ad objectives
- Track ROAS, CAC, AOV, and campaign performance
- Flag issues early and suggest improvements
5. Founder & Brand PR Support
- Help structure founder-led content and storytelling
- Support PR opportunities, brand features, and collaborations
- Align marketing with offline activations and CSR initiatives
6. Team & Process Ownership
- Create marketing SOPs, trackers, and calendars
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, video, finance, and ops
- Take full responsibility for deadlines and delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brand marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, content formats, and trends
- Experience working with designers, videographers, and agencies
- Comfortable with data, metrics, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and briefing skills
- High ownership mindset
