We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work directly with our founder and lead the development and execution of B2B-focused marketing strategies. This role is central to shaping our brand, driving demand, and turning positioning into measurable growth.
You’ll own campaigns end to end, collaborate closely with sales and product, and lead a team that cares about impact more than noise.
What will you do:
- Drive B2B Marketing Strategy
- Build and execute marketing initiatives that put our products and solutions in front of the right B2B audiences—and convert attention into pipeline.
- Own Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve engagement.
- Lead Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop and oversee content across blogs, whitepapers, email, and social media to establish strong thought leadership in the B2B space.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions
- Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve effectiveness using real data—not vanity stats.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success to ensure tight alignment with business goals and a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
- Mentor and Lead
- Guide Assistant Marketing Managers on execution, performance analysis, and professional growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- MBA in Marketing (full-time).
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on the US market.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies.
- Marketing Communications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing ad platforms would be great.
- Hands-on experience managing events in the US and working with analyst firms would be a plus.
