As seen on shark tank, we're building a students career platform. We're looking for passionate & smart candidates who are growth hackers and love growth.

Selected applicants’ day-to-day responsibilities include:

Brainstorm new ideas to create a trending brand amongst Enterprises
Growth Hacking - use virality as a concept to push the platform to a massive audience & user base
Use influencer marketing to work with different influencers all across the country in various domains.
Content Marketing - Launch content initiatives over social media platforms, blogs, podcasts
Influencer Marketing - Setup the influencer partnerships team
Paid Ads - Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin etc
Ensure that the creative marketing campaigns result in traction on the platform
Build creative strategies & implement contests in colleges
Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management at companies
Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for the acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organisational objectives.
Work on SEO, SEM & App Store Optimisation of the platform, Google Ads, Meta Ads
Take complete ownership of the marketing process, forecast growth for specific periods
Ensuring brand-standard experience for prospective members and sharing more about the benefits

Process Optimization

Ideate and collaborate with other growth channel owners (paid media, web, social, outbound, events, inside sales, etc.) to develop new and innovative ways of working across teams to drive productivity and streamline processes
Partner with marketing ops to optimize processes and utilize new technologies
To identify gaps, shorten turnaround times and drive improvements

Campaign Reporting and Communication

Own and report end-to-end campaign performance
Track lead progression. Understand and improve conversion of leads into pipeline inflow
Ensure alignment between horizontal and vertical teams
Substantiate business communications with performance data
Provide ongoing communication on strategy, approach and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3+ Years of work experience in Growth, Marketing, Product, and Executing campaigns
Experience working in Startups and must have scaled growth from 0 to 10
Creative individual
Masters degree preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Technology & Tools
Excellent communication skills
Strong grasp of English
