Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing social media marketing campaigns, developing and overseeing web content, analyzing web analytics to optimize campaign performance, and ensuring effective digital communication strategies. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, brand positioning, and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles
Proficiency in marketing and social media marketing tools and best practices
Strong skills in web content writing and strategic communication
Experience with web analytics and data-driven decision-making
Solid understanding of branding, with knowledge of personal branding considered a strong plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a full-time, on-site environment
