Role Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own user acquisition and growth for Prodigy Pro, a mutual fund investing app designed for young Indians. You will be responsible for app installs, cost per install (CPI), first investment conversions, and ROAS across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Strategy & Planning
- ● Own the user acquisition roadmap for the app across paid channels.
- ● Define target audience, funnels, and messaging for different cohorts
- (students, first-jobbers, young professionals).
- ● Plan monthly budgets, channel mix, and performance targets (CPI, CAC,
- CPE, CPR, ROAS).
- ● Campaign Execution (Hands-on)
- ● Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for app installs, leads, and engagement.
- ● Run Google UAC / app campaigns, search, display, and YouTube as needed.
- ● Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, videos, landing pages.
- ● Implement A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, placements, and
- bidding.
- ● Tracking & Analytics
- ● Work with tech/product to ensure end-to-end tracking (MMP / Firebase / GA4).
- ● Monitor key funnel metrics:
- ● Impressions → Clicks → Installs
- ● Installs → KYC completion → First investment → SIP setup
- ● Own and report CPI, CAC, CPR, CPFT (cost per first transaction), ROAS.
- ● Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards for leadership. ● Optimisation
- ● Continuously optimize for lower cost per install and higher conversions.
- ● Identify best-performing audiences, creatives, and geographies.
- ● Experiment with new formats: reels, short videos, influencer whitelisting,
- remarketing, lookalikes, etc.
● Growth Experiments
- ● Run small growth experiments (referral campaigns, cashback offers, FTU
- nudges).
- ● Collaborate closely with the product and content team for growth-led
- product features.
- Must-Have Skills & Experience
- ● 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / growth for B2C apps (fintech / edtech / consumer apps preferred).
- ● Hands-on experience with:
- ● Meta Ads Manager
- ● Google Ads (UAC, search, display, YouTube)
- ● App tracking tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer/Branch/Adjust or similar).
- ● Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, cohorts, attribution, remarketing.
- ● Comfort with numbers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- ● Ability to work closely with product, design, and content in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Good-to-Have
- ● Prior experience in investment/fintech/stock market apps.
- ● Basic knowledge of SQL / analytics tools.
- ● Understanding of the Indian mutual fund landscape and SEBI/AMFI guidelines.
