Job Summary
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and managing social media strategies across all brands of
Brewbakes Group Enterprises
, including
Chaat ka Chaska, Brewbakes Courtyard, Studio 99 Salons, and Punjabi Adda
. The role involves managing digital presence for
existing outlets
as well as
new store launches
, ensuring consistent brand positioning, engagement, and growth.
The candidate will also be responsible for
coordinating with external marketing and digital agencies
for
lead generation campaigns
,
Google My Business (GMB) optimization and management
, and other performance-driven activities. This includes aligning agency efforts with internal marketing goals, monitoring performance, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong online visibility and reputation for all outlets.
The Social Media Manager will work closely with internal teams, outlet managers, and third-party partners to drive
footfall, inquiries, conversions, and brand awareness
through organic and paid digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop brand-wise and outlet-wise social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based content calendars for all brands.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Plan and execute high-quality content including:
- Reels, short videos, photos, carousels, stories
- Promotional offers, festive campaigns, influencer content
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing team.
- Supervise on-ground shoots at outlets for food, ambience, staff, and customer moments.
3. Platform Management
- Manage and grow social media accounts on:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube (shorts & videos)
- Google Business Profiles (posts & updates)
- Ensure timely posting, tagging, hashtag usage, and geo-targeting.
4. Existing Store Management
- Drive regular engagement and footfall for existing outlets.
- Promote daily offers, combos, events, salon services, and seasonal menus.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries.
- Handle review management and escalate issues when required.
5. New Store Launches
- Plan and execute
pre-launch, launch, and post-launch
social media campaigns.
- Create hype through teasers, countdowns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions.
- Coordinate with operations, franchise team, and outlet managers during launches.
- Ensure complete digital setup before launch:
- Social media pages
- Google listing optimization
- Launch creatives & reels
6. Paid Promotions & Campaign Support
- Coordinate with performance marketing team for ads execution.
- Assist in creating creatives and content for paid campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize content for better results.
7. Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and coordinate with local influencers and food/lifestyle creators.
- Manage influencer visits, content approvals, and posting timelines.
- Track influencer performance and ROI.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor insights and performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports brand-wise and outlet-wise.
- Suggest improvements based on data analysis and trends.
9. Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with outlet managers for offers, events, and promotions.
- Ensure approvals are taken for brand communication where required.
- Maintain organized data of content, creatives, and campaign records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (Hospitality / Retail / Salon experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms.
- Knowledge of food, hospitality, salon, and lifestyle branding.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and locations simultaneously.
- Should be a content Creator
