Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and support business growth. The role requires a creative and results-oriented professional to manage marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, market research, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
● Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
● Manage social media presence, content marketing, and online advertising.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
● Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to support product launches and promotions.
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare marketing reports.
● Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
● Maintain marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
● Manage relationships with vendors, advertising agencies, and media partners.
● Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and digital marketing platforms.
● Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

● Strong coordination and project management abilities.
● Language Proficiency: Hindi (Preferred), English (Fluent), Malayalam (Fluent).
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● Marketing certifications preferred but not mandatory.
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
