Sales & Marketing Manager

Fudiac Academy is looking for an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our admissions sales and digital marketing growth at InfoPark, Kakkanad.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing.
• Generate new leads through offline channels such as campus visits, events, seminars, and walk-ins.
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
• Execute offline marketing activities including workshops, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and relevant institutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in education marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for field activities and outreach programs.
• Strong target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
