Key Responsibilities:
Job Title: Sales Executive – Fresher (MBA)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
About the Role
We’re looking for a fresh MBA graduate who’s ready to start a career in sales. You’ll be interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting the senior sales team with lead conversions. If you enjoy meeting people, learning fast, and building relationships, you’ll do well here.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product and service offerings and explain them clearly to customers
- Make calls, meet prospects, and follow up on leads
- Support senior sales team with presentations, demos, and documentation
- Maintain daily activity reports and updates in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (freshers only)
- Must have lived in Bangalore for at least 3+ years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada preferred; Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam is a plus)
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort with field visits when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, or hardware sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Understanding of emerging technology trends and digital transformation.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid/Remote/Onsite (as per company policy).
- Frequent travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
