Account Manager

Job Overview:

Webocto Solution is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent client handling, relationship-building, and communication skills to drive business growth and manage accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Track and analyze client account performance and provide insights for improvements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to clients and management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA graduate
• Experience in handling digital marketing, IT, or advertising clients.
• Understanding of marketing and branding strategies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific account management best practices.
