About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running sales-focused campaigns, a strong understanding of consumer behaviour in the fashion/retail segment, and the ability to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ad Campaign Management
- Plan, create & optimise sales-led campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop effective targeting strategies to maximise conversions & ROAS.
- Execute re-marketing, lookalike, and interest-based campaigns to capture high-intent audiences.
2. Sales & Performance Optimisation
- Own the performance funnel end-to-end with the objective of driving online sales.
- Continuously test ad creatives, audience segments & bidding strategies.
- Monitor key metrics—CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM—and optimise campaigns for maximum revenue.
3. Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with the marketing & creative team to develop monthly performance strategies.
- Identify high-performing products and run focused campaigns to boost sales.
- Suggest new channels or formats (Reels ads, top-of-funnel campaigns, shopping ads etc.) to scale growth.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and action points.
- Analyse customer journey and funnel drop-offs to improve conversion rates.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the lifestyle/fashion space.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with designers for ad creatives.
- Work with the eCommerce/website team to ensure landing pages are optimised for conversions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Experience running sales-driven campaigns for ecommerce/retail/fashion brands is a plus.
- Analytical & data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution & consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage budgets efficiently.
