Key Responsibilities
- Manage client leads : qualify, nurture, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships via personalized follow-ups, regular check-ins, and proactive communication.
- Drive client retention by addressing concerns, upselling services, and ensuring campaign success.
- Track account performance, report insights, and collaborate with internal teams (ads, content, sales) for optimal results.
- Handle client queries promptly to achieve high satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, client servicing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Proven track record in lead handling, follow-ups, and client retention.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-first mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred; full-time, office-based in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
