We sell primarily through our D2C website and digital channels, and our growth depends on high-performing paid ads, conversion-optimized funnels, and strong social media engagement.
Why This Role Is Critical
This role directly impacts revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition cost. Every rupee spent on ads must generate profitable sales. You will own and scale Farm Growers’ entire paid marketing and digital growth engine.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Executive will manage all paid advertising and social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, to drive sales, leads, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Launch, manage, and scale ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create and optimize cold traffic, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
- Control daily budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling
- Quickly stop low-performing ads and scale winning creatives
- Optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Build high-converting funnels for offers, combos, and festival sales
- Improve product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
- Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, offers, and formats
- Reduce cart abandonment and drop-offs
3. Retargeting & Customer Monetization
- Run View Content, Add-to-Cart, Checkout, and Purchase retargeting campaigns
- Use WhatsApp & Email marketing for abandoned cart recovery
- Increase repeat purchases, AOV, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
4. Campaign & Revenue Management
- Execute festival campaigns, flash sales, and limited-time offers
- Track daily ad spend, revenue, and profit
- Ensure all campaigns are profitable and scalable
5. Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Post Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, and Static Creatives
- Write captions, hashtags, and strong CTAs
- Respond to comments and DMs to build trust and engagement
6. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage:
- Facebook Pixel & Conversion API
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Track:
- ROAS
- Cost per Purchase
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue & Repeat Customers
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or ad agency handling performance marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields preferred)

- Strong hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, funnels, and retargeting
- Ability to run profitable ad campaigns
- A mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
