About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, data-driven, and stays ahead of digital trends. You’ll be responsible for managing brand voice, driving engagement, and delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Create monthly/quarterly content calendars.
- Identify target audiences and emerging social media opportunities.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Oversee creation of high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics).
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
3. Platform Management
- Manage day-to-day operations on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and schedule posts using social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interactions.
4. Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports and recommend improvements.
5. Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns (FB/IG ads, LinkedIn ads).
- Optimize ad performance and manage budgets effectively.
6. Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify potential influencers and brand collaborators.
- Negotiate, brief, and manage influencer partnerships.
7. Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Experiment with new formats and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with design/video editing basics (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
- Experience with paid marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
