Job Purpose
To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies for the company’s private label brands, with a strong focus on performance marketing, brand visibility, and revenue growth across marketplaces and owned channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and marketplace ads (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Drive ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate improvements for private label products.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting.
2. Marketplace Marketing (Private Label Focus)
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Coordinate with listings and catalog teams to improve visibility, keyword ranking, and sales velocity.
- Plan promotional calendars aligned with marketplace events (sales, deals, launches).
3. Brand Building & Content
- Work with design and content teams to create brand-consistent creatives for ads, A+ content, and social media.
- Support product launches with integrated digital campaigns.
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and customer insights.
4. Social Media & Organic Growth
- Oversee brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars for private label brands.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads dashboards, and marketplace reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs such as traffic, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Listings, Category, Supply Chain, and Creative teams to align marketing with stock availability and pricing.
- Coordinate with agencies/freelancers if required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, and funnel-based marketing
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools

Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Prior experience handling private label or D2C brands preferred
- Experience in e-commerce / marketplace-led businesses is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
