Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and online platforms
- Identify and approach potential clients for IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, SaaS, etc.)
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales/team leads
- Assist in proposal preparation, follow-ups, and deal closure
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content, ads, and social media initiatives
- Research competitors, market trends, and client requirements
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients to understand basic requirements
- Ensure smooth handover of requirements to the delivery team
- Maintain long-term client relationships
