Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media channels (SMM) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase website ranking, traffic, and keyword visibility.
- Manage e-commerce listings, product uploads, optimization, pricing, and platform performance (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Messho, etc. — add your platforms).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.)
- Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, conversions, and sales campaigns.
- Create growth strategies for lead generation and sales boosting.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams for campaign execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing (startup experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of SMM, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Experience with Google Ads + Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with e-commerce management and marketplace tools
- Experience with lead generation campaigns & conversion optimization
