Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media)
- Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, creatives, videos, and hoardings
- Drive lead generation and ensure quality leads for the sales team
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as site branding, events, expos, and roadshows
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all campaigns
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets
- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports on leads, site visits, conversions, campaign performance, CPL, and ROI
- Maintain and monitor marketing dashboards and CRM data accuracy
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Ensure compliance with RERA marketing guidelines and internal processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of marketing experience in real estate or infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Experience in MIS reporting, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, plotted development, or villa projects
- Hands-on exposure to marketing analytics, automation tools, and dashboards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead volume, lead quality, and conversion ratio
- Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports
- Brand visibility and market reach
