*Key Responsibilities
**- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties, services, and brands across multiple platforms
- Manage and execute campaigns across social media, websites, emails, and other digital channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate industry
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and development, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
