Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to scale D2C growth through paid media, organic channels, and conversion-focused strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in driving traffic, sales, and ROI for D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute D2C digital marketing strategies focused on sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and marketplaces.
- Plan funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention).
- Work closely with creatives to optimise ads, landing pages, and product messaging.
- Monitor website performance, CRO, and user journey optimisation.
- Track KPIs like ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Analyse performance data and present actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing & paid ads.
- Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce and analytics tools is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and execution abilities.
