We are looking for a highly driven IT Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT services or solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a competitive fixed salary along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
· Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in IT services/product sales.
· Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients across domestic and international markets.
Client Relationship Management
· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
· Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (website development, mobile apps, software solutions, cloud services, digital marketing, etc.).
· Maintain high client satisfaction through continuous engagement and problem resolution.
Sales & Strategy
· Present company services to potential clients through meetings, demos, and online presentations.
· Create business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing, project managers) to ensure alignment on client requirements.
· Maintain CRM updates with accurate sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
· Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS, digital solutions, or related industry.
· Strong understanding of IT services: website development, software development, apps, cloud, digital marketing, etc.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
