Job Summary
The Online Sales Manager at Wizzowl Jewellery will lead and grow the brand’s online sales channels, ensuring strong revenue performance while maintaining a premium jewellery shopping experience. This role focuses on managing the e-commerce store, online marketplaces, and digital sales initiatives aligned with Wizzowl Jewellery’s brand identity and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online sales growth across the brand website and third-party marketplaces
- Manage and optimize product listings for jewellery collections, including pricing, descriptions, and visuals
- Plan and execute online promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches
- Monitor daily online sales, inventory movement, and customer demand trends
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with marketing teams on social media, influencer collaborations, and paid campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency, luxury presentation, and accuracy across all online platforms
- Oversee customer inquiries, order fulfillment coordination, and post-purchase experience
- Identify new digital sales opportunities and emerging e-commerce platforms
- Manage and train online sales support staff (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in online sales or e-commerce, preferably in retail or jewellery
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and CRM systems
- Experience with product merchandising for fashion or jewellery brands
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance sales targets with premium brand positioning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail brands
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social commerce, and influencer-driven sales
- Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
