Febno Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence, accelerate growth, and expand strategic partnerships across key segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across IT solutions, cloud services, ERP/enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation offerings.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic alliances with technology partners, resellers, corporate clients, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Research and generate new leads; develop strong sales pipelines; identify client needs and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level, IT leadership, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Solution Selling: Present and position Febno’s portfolio (cloud solutions, ERP, infrastructure services, web development, digital services, etc.) to prospects and clients.
- Proposal & Deal Management: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial terms; negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with delivery, technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution of client projects.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving technology needs; provide insights to leadership for product/service improvements.
- Represent Febno at Events: Attend industry events, networking forums, technology expos, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the brand.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and forecasts using CRM tools; provide timely reports on performance against targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field .
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or solution sales — ideally in IT services, cloud solutions, ERP, or technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology product portfolios.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels and manage complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high-quality client engagements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
