Role Description

Machaon Position Title:  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Position Summary: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist is responsible for corporate communication to our physician, hospital and biotech/pharma clients. This role requires end-user expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and database management, ensuring that lead, account and contact segmentation are consistently receiving vital updates. Proficiency in sending bulk e-mail messages is required. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist must align all communication goals with the department and organization's goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1.   Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead, Account and Contact communication and analytics

2.   Salesforce Marketing Cloud application of targeted segmentation and analytics

3.   Salesforce Account, Contact and Lead segmentation management

4.  Use of multiple AI models for identifying reliable database leads

5.  Use of Salesforce Einstein and other AI tools for marketing copy creation and analysis

6.  Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for e-mail template creation

7.  Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the VP of Sales

8.  Ensure weekly execution of all communication activities

9. Use data to refine strategies and improve results

10. Perform other related tasks and projects assigned

11. Follow procedures, protocols, and policies of Machaon

 

Experience Requirements:

·        Must have 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

·        Must have 2+ years of experience performing e-mail database analytics

·        Must have 1+ years of experience in bounce rate analytics of e-mail marketing

·       Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred

·        Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

·        Strong analytical and organizational skills

·        Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, enthusiasm, and initiative daily

·        Attention to detail is critical and ability to take initiative

·        Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in science with marketing focus, public relations, marketing analytics or eMarketing preferred.
