executive team
of a profitable, growth-focused services company.
We are looking for someone who understands
how people decide to buy
, knows how to
reach them across channels

prove what’s working with data

This role blends
performance marketing, messaging, social, and measurement
— with real influence over strategy.
The Role
You will own demand generation end-to-end: paid media, social, SEO, messaging, and conversion — and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive growth that actually shows up in revenue.
You won’t just run campaigns.
You’ll help decide
where to invest, what to say, and how to measure success

This is an
in-office, executive-level
role.
What You’ll Own
- Paid media strategy and execution (Google, Meta, and performance-focused channels)
- Organic and paid social strategy that supports demand, not just awareness
- Messaging and positioning that resonates, lands, and drives action
- SEO and conversion optimization focused on qualified leads
- Measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to revenue
- Budget ownership, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership to improve lead quality and close rates
Executive Expectations
- Participate in growth and strategic planning discussions
- Bring insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations — not just reports
- Translate data into decisions the leadership team can act on
- Collaborate openly and productively across departments
- Balance creativity with discipline and measurement

Compensation
- Target total compensation:
~$140K + Performance Bonus
- Base salary plus performance-based bonus
