Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven
Marketing Specialist
to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through coordinated campaigns, content development, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid channels
- Develop and manage marketing content, including emails, social posts, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) and external partners or agencies to ensure alignment
- Manage social media calendars and assist with community engagement and brand voice consistency
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or marketing dashboards
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Assist with event marketing, product launches, and promotional initiatives as needed
- Maintain brand guidelines across all marketing assets and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or campaign support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media tools, CMS, analytics)
- Highly organized with strong project management and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in [CPG / Wellness / Tech / B2B / DTC] environments
- Familiarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, or influencer marketing
- Basic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- CRM or marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
