We are seeking a detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Specialist
for a long-term contract. In this role, you will be a key driver of our global digital initiatives, specifically leading the migration and optimization of website content. You will balance creative design in Figma with technical SEO strategy and rigorous project tracking in Jira.

Responsibilities:
- Web Migration & Design:
Prepare legacy pages for migration to BD.com by choosing optimal modules from the
Figma design system
. Create visual mockups and layouts that ensure a consistent global user experience and accessibility compliance.
- SEO/SEM Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO/GEO and SEM. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to global and regional stakeholders.
- Content Creation:
Develop engaging digital assets for social media, including banners, digital ads, and short-form video content using
Adobe Creative Suite
.
- Project Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end web request lifecycle through
Jira
, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on ticket progress.
- Brand Stewardship:
Ensure all digital collateral adheres to strict BD Design Guidelines and accessibility standards across multiple screen ratios.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience:
2 to 4 years in digital marketing, preferably within
Medical Devices, Pharma, or B2B Industrial
sectors.
- Design Mastery:
High proficiency in
Figma
and
Adobe Creative Cloud
(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
CMS management
, technical SEO, and social media content strategy.
