Influencer And Celebrity Marketing Specialist

Our client is looking to fill the role of Influencer and Celebrity Marketing Specialist. A Tourism and Hospitality brand is seeking an Influencer and Celebrity Marketing Specialist to join their team who will closely collaborate with the Manager of Influencer and Celebrity partnerships to facilitate ongoing marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness. Responsibilities include assisting in influencer and celebrity outreach, managing onboarding processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate influencers into campaigns and events.

• Hybrid, Onsite 3 days per week
• Plantation, FL
• $50-60k salary

Responsibilities:

• Support Influencer and Celebrity outreach for launches, campaigns, content shoots, and events.
• Contribute to the execution of strategic plans to boost brand awareness and exposure.
• Assist in onboarding Influencer and Celebrity partners, coordinating discovery calls, tracking deliverables, and executing contracts.
• Collaborate with various teams to amplify influencer initiatives and integrate them into campaigns, sweepstakes, and events.
• Coordinate VIP requests and amenities with the shipboard team prior to voyages.
• Address inquiries and guide influencers through the program to ensure successful partnerships.
• Utilize Excel to analyze and track metrics for campaign and ongoing programming evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of influencer marketing experience in agency, technology platform, or corporate settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of mass and digital media.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
